There’s no catch. You can submit unlimited requests for any of our design services. We’ll work with you to prioritize tasks and begin executing them in the agreed order, as long as you remain subscribed to one of our plans. With the Essential Branding Plan, only one request will be handled at a time by a dedicated designer. With the Pro Creative Plan, we can manage two tasks simultaneously to accelerate your project.
What counts as a “request”?
A request is any task you assign to us, such as designing a logo, revising a design, creating marketing materials, or maintaining a website. It’s anything that requires our team’s involvement.
What’s included in the design subscription plans?
Our subscription plans offer access to expert design services, including branding, graphic design, marketing materials, web design, and more. You can submit unlimited requests, and we prioritize them based on your needs.
How many requests can I submit?
You can submit unlimited requests throughout your subscription. However, the number of requests we work on at any given time depends on your plan—Essential Branding or Pro Creative.
What’s the difference between the Essential Branding and Pro Creative plan?
The Essential Branding allows us to handle one request at a time, while the Pro Creative enables us to work on two requests simultaneously, offering faster turnaround for larger projects.
How quickly will my tasks be completed?
Typically, we deliver 2 tasks per week, depending on the scope. When tasks are well-defined, we move quickly to ensure efficient delivery.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time with no hassle. We aim to provide flexibility that works for your business needs.
What if my project requires urgent attention?
